Here at ZMac, we like the word “Drive.” It goes without saying that as a transportation logistics company, a big part of our job involves facilitating the “driving” of OD freight. The word “Drive” also reflects our “drive” to fulfill the ZMac mission of revolutionizing the transportation industry. We do this through unwavering accountability, impeccable customer service, and progressive innovation.

But, this time of year, the word “Drive” takes on another special meaning to us, with ZMac Cares.

There’s a real, family-like camaraderie that runs through our company. While we’re technically co-workers, we really consider ourselves one big ZMac family. It’s that family feeling that inspired us to create ZMac Cares, our employee-driven community service initiative. As a ZMac family, we donate time, financial contributions, and emotional support to the people and places in our community that need it most.

This holiday season, our drive to give back is a ZMac holiday gift drive for senior residents at Home Harbor Assisted Living Community. Sadly, several of these seniors don’t have the family support or financial resources over the holidays. That’s where ZMac Cares came in. We filled a gift collection box. Our office is overflowing with wrapped Christmas present for Home Harbor. We are excited to deliver our donations to Home Harbor in the coming days and spread some holiday cheer to their residents.

During this holiday season, we are especially grateful for being a part of our ZMac family. Our passion and commitment is rewarded and reinforced every single day. There’s nothing better than loving what you do and feeling good about it.
