What a whirlwind year it’s been! As we here at ZMac bid 2017 a fond farewell and gear up for what great things are down the road in 2018, we’d like to take a moment to take a drive down this year’s memory lane with a year in review.
January
We’re growing and we’re hiring – looking for the best and brightest to join Team ZMac.
(And guess what…. We’ll be doing the same in 2018! Our first Open House of the New Year will be February 7th, 2018!)
February
Here’s a peek into a typical day’s work, coordinating the delivery of 17 shipments of pre-fabricated buildings transported in two over-sized sections. Section one was 44 feet 6 inches long, 13 feet 7 inches wide, 13 feet 1 inch high, and 112,700 pounds. Section two was 39 feet 6 inches long, 13 feet 7 inches wide, 13 feet 1 inch high, and 93,500 pounds.
March
We’re walking and talking at some of the largest trade shows around the globe.
April
We welcome our first 2017 Elite Class!
May
Our team continues to lay down their roots with 5 employees purchasing new homes this year.
June
We’re winning awards – including our third time as a Future 50 winner and Milwaukee Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Firm.
July
We keep doing what we do best – finding transportation solutions for OD freight – like this 29 feet long, 11 feet wide, 13 feet high, and 96,000 pounds load.
August
We are called into action, doing our part in Hurricane Harvey Relief.
September
Our growth continues as we welcome our 2nd 2017 Elite Class.
October
We introduce our groundbreaking fully integrated freight management tool, ZFreight.
November
We’re growing in more ways than employees. Our ZMac family includes one beautiful wedding couple and 3 bouncing babies.
December
We wrap up 2017 – our biggest year yet.
