This wasn’t just another oversized move. It was a time-sensitive, high-profile delivery tied to a national event recognizing American agriculture.

The Challenge

Delivering oversized freight to a highly secured federal location comes with a different level of complexity.

This move required:

• Driver background clearance and strict security protocols 
• Flexible scheduling with no confirmed delivery window 
• Standby staging near D.C. awaiting final approval 
• Early morning coordination with federal agencies, including the Secret Service 

The Execution

The driver remained on standby until clearance was granted, receiving final approval for a 6:00 AM weekday delivery.

Once cleared, the move was executed under tight security conditions, with direct coordination on-site to ensure a smooth and compliant delivery.
